Is it difficult to crack Bank PO exams?

Exams are difficult for Examophobics and not for those who are daring and brave. If we speak of BANK PO exams, these are not tough as the difficulty level is not beyond 10th Std. syllabus. Syllabus is easy but one has to manage the time and accuracy level to qualify the exam. The only mantra to get hold of BANK PO job is practice and practice only. Special focus is required for subjects like Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, which needs more practice as these are the complex subjects. The other sections are easy and scoring too if practiced sufficiently.
Reasons that makes BANK PO Exams seems tough are created by our thinking only out of which some of the random thoughts are:
  1. Talking to someone who could not crack BANK PO Exam in the first attempt. They usually spread the word TOUGH for the bank exams where as it is not actually the right reason. You can crack the exam in the first attempt provided your exam preparation is sincere and dedicated.
  2. For some the time duration seems unusual but it can also be overcome by practicing time management skills. Practice makes a man perfect, to practice effectively join online test series and improve your time management skills. Bank po online test series are designed as per the exam pattern followed in various exams which helps in fighting this toughness of the exam.
  3. Exam preparation needs more time is another thought which takes the tool of the aspirants. It is not the fact as it is a mere revision of the higher secondary syllabus. A thorough brush up will only take 2 to 3 months and not year or years. Those who are weak in Mathematics can also overcome their weakness by doing a practice of one month as the topics are not complex ones.
  4. Only by looking at the cut-off of last year someone drops the idea of appearing in the BANK PO Exam. It is not correct to do so as cut-off keeps on changing every year. It definitely gives you the idea to maintain your preparation strong to meet the cut-off limit.
  5. The English section seems to be difficult to clear by a normal candidate so those who are not good in English are not comfortable with BANK PO Exam. It is not the fact one can improve by practice as basic rules are asked and comprehension is also of average level. Those who are not good in English can improve their vocab and other skills by developing reading and writing skills within a span of 1 to2 months.
